How to delete a single post on Tumblr?

Sign in to your account on Tumblr.com and follow the steps mentioned below to delete a post on Tumblr or scroll below to find the guide to do the same on your smartphone app.

Step 1: Click on the Profile icon from the options at the top-right corner of the website. Then from the dropdown menu, click on the name of the blog from which you want to delete posts.

Step 2: On the next page, under Posts, click on the Trash can icon below the post you want to delete.

Step 3: On the confirmation prompt, click on the Ok button.

The selected Tumblr post will now be deleted.

Deleting a Tumblr post on Android or iOS app

Open the Tumblr app on your Android or iOS device and follow the steps mentioned below.

Tap on the Profile icon at the bottom-right of the app window.
The posts page of your primary blog will appear.
Tap on the Trash can icon below the post you want to delete.
Then tap on the Delete option in the confirmation pop-up box.

Step 1: Click on the Profile icon from the options at the top-right corner of the website. Then from the dropdown menu, click on the name of the blog from which you want to delete posts.

Step 2: On the blog edit page, click on the Mass Post Editor option from the side panel to the right.

Step 3: On the next page, thumbnails of all of your posts will appear. Using your mouse, left-click on the ones you want to delete and then click on the Delete button from the options at the top-right of the screen.
